I have a website my inventory is on both an Ecommerce Platform (Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, etc.) and SSNATCH.

  1. Download Inventory: Export your inventory from your eCommerce platform, ensuring the Product ID and Product Inventory fields are included and not empty.

  2. CSV Conversion: Follow the Product CSV conversion instructions. Make sure the Product ID header is correctly labeled in the CSV.

  3. Check Inventory Values: Ensure all Inventory values are filled in. Empty fields can lead to issues during the upload.

  4. Regular Updates: Regularly update your inventory by repeating these steps to keep your product data current.
