Packing Instructions: To ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition, please pack them neatly and securely.

Packages must follow the criteria below to be eligible for delivery on the platform:

UBER

• Must not contain any prohibited items

• Maximum weight of 50 pounds per package, box, or parcel

• Must fit comfortably into a standard mid-size vehicle

• Should be closed, securely sealed, and ready for transport

DOORDASH

• Weight: DoorDash can deliver items up to 50 lbs per order and per item.

• Size: DoorDash can deliver items up to 32 cubic feet and 60 inches in length per order and per item.

• Value: Packages must be valued less than $500.

• Restricted materials: Packages must not contain restricted or illegal materials.

• Package Pickup: DoorDash's Package Pickup service allows up to five packages per delivery.

Use ribbons, tape, or staples to prevent any spillage or damage during transit. Proper packaging helps maintain the quality of your products and enhances the delivery experience for our customers.

Have a designated pick-up area where delivery drivers can easily locate the order.

This helps to reduce disruption to your in-store business and to ensure Postmates can be in-and-out in a flash.

Make sure your delivery driver is picking up the correct order by matching up the order ID.

The unique order ID you provide us will be available and visible to delivery drivers at pickup within their driver app.

Clearly label all orders, especially orders containing multiple bags.

This helps delivery drivers be sure they’re handing off the complete and correct order to your customer.

Include all relevant pick-up and drop-off instructions.

Is there a gate code needed to enter the customer’s apartment complex? Is your pick-up area out of the way? Help your delivery driver out by including these details upfront! Keep in mind that pick-up and drop-off note fields each allow a maximum of 280 characters.
