# Activate your account (GO LIVE)

### As a vendor with SSNATCH, you have access to your web portal where you can manage your products, view orders, and handle various account details. However, please note that your vendor profile and products will not be displayed on our website or app until your account is fully activated.

### To make your business visible to customers and start receiving orders, please follow the activation steps provided.

## Send an Activation Email

1. ### To activate your account and go live in the SSNATCH app, please follow these steps:
2. ### Compose a New Email: Open your preferred email client.&#x20;
3. ### Email Address: Address the email to <info@ssnatch.com>.
4. ### &#x20;Subject Line: Enter "Activate my Account" in the subject line.&#x20;
5. ### From Address: Make sure you are sending the email from the business email address you used to sign up for the SSNATCH app.&#x20;
6. ### Send: Send the email. Once we receive your activation request, we will process it and get you set up in the SSNATCH app.&#x20;
